1st Lake Properties is seeking a skilled AC Technician to join our maintenance team at the River Ridge community in Louisiana. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, while also performing electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs as needed.

We’re a locally owned and operated apartment management company dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents — and we know that starts with a strong, professional maintenance team.About the Role:As an AC Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning and heating systems. You’ll ensure all HVAC equipment operates safely and efficiently, helping to keep our residents comfortable year-round.
