The role requires EPA certification, 2+ years HVAC experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a valid driver's license. A $1,500 sign-on bonus and $500 tool allowance are offered, with competitive pay and benefits.

About the Role

As an AC Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning and heating systems. You'll ensure all HVAC equipment operates safely and efficiently, helping to keep our residents comfortable year-round. You will also perform electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs; as well as prepare apartments for new resident move ins.
