Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a diligent team, oversee daily housekeeping operations, and step in when the Housekeeping Manager is away. You will ensure flawless rooms and guest comfort with energy and organization.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, 2–3 years in hotel settings, and prior supervisory experience. Daily Pay and comprehensive benefits are offered, with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction across the Santa Clara

You’ll lead a hardworking team, keep daily operations running smoothly, and step up when the Housekeeping Manager is away. From fresh linens to flawless rooms, you set the standard for clean, comfortable, and welcoming—and inspire your team to do the same. KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision - inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.
• Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.
• Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files - all while keeping safety top of mind.
• Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. You’re the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
