Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Licensed in a trade such as plumbing, electrical, or HVAC preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record required.

• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and handle financial information and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance crew and manage daily operations.
• Execute preventative maintenance and handle guest requests promptly.
• Ensure property safety and compliance with health codes.
• Coordinate engineering team schedules and inspire crew to perform at their best each shift.
• Respond to guest room fixes promptly and ensure positive guest interactions.
• Regularly inspect grounds, lights, irrigation, and pool/spa to meet health codes; coordinate upkeep.
• Manage paperwork and assist in setting up meetings and events as needed.

Education & Experience
