Capano Residential in Coral Springs, FL seeks a Full-Time Maintenance Technician with AC certification to perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general repairs. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, reporting to the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.

• AC certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs.
• Implement preventative maintenance measures.
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
• Complete inspections of buildings and units.
• Respond quickly in emergencies and follow safety protocols.
