ABX Air is seeking an Airworthiness Directive (AD) Compliance Specialist to evaluate and oversee regulatory compliance for a Part 121 air carrier. You will set up AD tracking in CMMS, identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and support IEP, Engineering, and Maintenance Programs to ensure FAA compliance and program effectiveness.
Responsibilities include auditing, internal/external reviews, and documenting AD-related actions, with no supervisory duties.

SUMMARY: Evaluate and oversee Airworthiness Directive and other applicable regulatory compliance for a Part 121 air carrier. Setup AD tracking in the Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to ensure air carrier compliance. Identify hazards, potential regulatory compliance and safety violations; provide support to the company Internal Evaluation Department (IEP); detect and analyze trends of program weaknesses or deficiencies; perform risk assessment and detailed root cause analysis to include human factors; evaluate corrective action plans for effectiveness; support Engineering and Maintenance Program functions to include the FAA approved Reliability Program as needed. Responsible for accomplishing the Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) functions as required by CFR 121.373; Conduct thorough examinations, surveillance, and analysis of the total maintenance system to ensure compliance and effectiveness with company procedures and federal regulations; Perform internal and external audits. Provide audit and analysis reports as required.
