Ohio Department of Behavioral Health is seeking two highly skilled Human Capital Management Senior Analyst’s to support statewide absence management, disability programs, and payroll-related HR functions across central office, pharmacy services, and regional psychiatric hospitals. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of leave programs, and the ability to navigate complex federal and state regulations.
You will serve as a subject matter expert in FMLA, disability leave, transitional work programs, and related HR processes—ensuring compliance, accuracy, and exceptional service to employees and agency partners.
This is an hourly position and is exempt from the bargaining units, with a pay range of 12 on the E1 Exempt Pay Range Schedule . Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (Flexible Schedule).
Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.

Failure to provide transcripts within five (5) business days of the request will result in disqualification from further consideration.
