Job summary

Daimler Truck Financial Services in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an Asset Backed Securities (ABS) Transaction & Reporting Specialist to manage monthly investor reporting, monitor securitization performance, and support new ABS issuances.

You will collaborate with Treasury, Accounting, Risk, auditors, trustees and rating agencies to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and efficient processes across the ABS platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in asset-backed securities, securitization, structured finance, treasury, or financial reporting.
• General knowledge of ABS transaction structures, investor reporting, and servicing operations.
• Advanced analytical skills to identify trends and summarize reporting for leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute monthly collateral, servicer, and investor reports for all ABS transactions to trustees, investors, and regulators.
• Validate underlying portfolio data and perform analytical reviews to ensure reporting integrity.
• Monitor daily ABS cash flows, principal collections, charge-offs, recoveries, reserves, and wire activity for compliance.
• Support structuring, execution, and launch of new ABS transactions with banks, rating agencies, trustees, and auditors.
• Compile and analyze historical portfolio performance data for rating agency reviews and investor presentations.
• Support periodic SEC, trustee, investor, and regulatory reporting obligations for ABS transactions.
