You will grow abrasive opportunities, review processes, and strengthen customer relationships through expert guidance and responsive support.

Ideal candidates will discuss diamond and boron abrasives, be willing to travel, and ensure tooling meets required grind specifications while promoting service

Qualifications

• Knowledge of honing abrasives and related manufacturing processes.
• Ability to clean and assemble tooling.
• Knowledge of diamond and boron abrasives.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Ability to check tools for proper grind and adjust machine parameters.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales related to aftermarket tooling, abrasives, spare parts and service.
• Develop abrasive and tool rework opportunities.
• Review customer processes and recommend improvements to tooling.
• Build customer relationships through technical service and support.
