Durango Motor Company is seeking a dependable Shop Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly. This full-time, hands-on role requires pride in a clean, organized environment and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

You will support yard maintenance, vehicle organization, parts receiving, deliveries, washing, and general labor tasks in outdoor conditions. A valid driver’s license and strong work ethic are important assets.

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Highly organized with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable performing physical and general labor work.
• Able to work independently and stay productive.
• Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including snow removal.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Keep the shop and yard clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform snow removal and other seasonal outdoor maintenance.
• Organize and move vehicles within designated spaces.
• Receive, organize, and distribute parts, packages, and shipments.
• Pick up and deliver parts, vehicles and other items as needed.
• Wash and clean vehicles.
• Assist with general maintenance and labor tasks.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient shop environment.
• Complete assigned tasks safely, accurately, and on time.
• Assist other departments and team members as needed.

$17.00 Per Hour | Full-Time | Hands-On Work | Variety of Responsibilities

Durango Motor Company is looking for a reliable, hardworking Shop Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and ready to go.

The Shop Assistant will support our team with everything from maintaining the yard and organizing vehicles to receiving parts, making deliveries, washing vehicles, and handling general labor and maintenance tasks. If you’re dependable, organized, comfortable working outside, and willing to pitch in wherever needed, we’d like to meet you.

• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, push, and pull throughout the day.
