Job summary

ABRA Auto Body & Glass is part of the Durango Motor Company family and is seeking a Car Detailer to join our ABRA Auto Body and Glass team. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, with compensation based on skill level.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a clean driving record and be insurable to drive company vehicles.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Body Shop team to move, park and rearrange cars.
• Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and exterior windows.
• Vacuums interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris.
• Maintains power washer and other necessary equipment for job.
• Drives vehicles to and from the car wash bay in a safe manner.
• When not assigned to wash cars removes trash, empties trash barrels and cleans workareas.
• Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
• Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection.
• Understands and follows work rules and procedures.
• Upholds all company's policies and safety standards.
• Attends company meetings as required.
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly
Pay commensurate with skill level

• Must have a clean driving record and be insurable to drive company vehicles
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle
• Must have a pass pre-employment background check
• Ability toremain in stationary positions (standing/sitting) for extended periods of time, 6 plus hours.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel or stoop occasionally.
