As part of our employee benefits, eligible team members receive a monthly phone stipend:
$25/month – Full-Time
$12.50/month – Part-Time
The stipend begins following successful completion of the 90-day introductory period.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Business Office and community leadership.
Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for residents, families, employees, vendors, healthcare providers, and visitors.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Perform accurate data entry, filing, document management, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
Maintain organized and accurate electronic and paper records while protecting confidential information.
Assist with resident account documentation and routine billing-related administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate resident demographic and billing information.
Collect, organize, review, and file employee time records and route discrepancies to the appropriate supervisors.
Assist with employee recruiting, interviews, paperwork, and onboarding.
Support audits, month-end close activities, and other records requests.
Support admissions and move-in processes by maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare providers, and referral resources.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to questions and concerns with professionalism, kindness, and appropriate follow-up.
Prepare, copy, scan, distribute, and file documents and correspondence.
Complete reports, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
Provide staff breaks as assigned and follow all applicable timekeeping and overtime procedures.
Follow company policies regarding confidentiality, compliance, safety, emergency procedures, and resident rights.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous administrative, clerical, customer service, accounting, payroll/HR, or healthcare office experience is preferred.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels and with diverse groups of residents, families, employees, and community partners.
Strong computer and technology skills, including familiarity with standard office equipment and software.
Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in challenging or fast-paced situations.
Good judgment, independent decision-making, and a willingness to ask questions when needed.
Commitment to protecting resident privacy and confidential company information.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend English effectively for the position.
