Job Summary

We are seeking an Attorney to join our law firm. Associate Attorney position offered by a small firm specializing in the representation of non-profit housing providers in their management of supportive and subsidized housing in San Fran­co­si­co and surrounding counties. Ideal candidate has an interest in litigation and some knowledge of real property and housing law. Must have the desire to appear in court and administrative hearings, a willingness to travel throughout the Bay Area as needed, and ultimately the ability to handle cases from intake to conclusion. Excellent communication, research, writing, and analytical skills are required along with the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize assignments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents

• Provide legal counsel in conjunction with senior associates
