Responsibilities

• Drives profitable store sales by fostering a retail selling culture and practicing sales skills.
• Develops professional business relationships with Team Members.
• Fills ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions, fits and adapts lenses and frames.
• Ensures high quality/timely product fabrication.
• Verifies visual acuity and analyzes prescriptions.
• Measures pupillary distances, bifocal/trifocal/progressive placement.
• Selects and measures frame for facial contour and eye size.
• Fits and adjusts eyewear to face and eyes.
• Dispenses contact lenses and quality products.
