Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent is required.
• ABO Certification is preferred/required.
• 2+ years in Retail Optical experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales growth through a retail selling culture and strong guest service.
• Fills ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions, fits and adapts lenses and frames.
• Ensures quality manufacturing and fabrication of products.
• Verifies visual acuity and interprets prescriptions and lens design.
• Measures pupillary distances, frame sizes, and placements.
• Selects and measures frames for facial features and comfort.
• Fits and adjusts eyewear for optimum wear.
• Dispenses contact lenses and ensures quality products.
