Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in CS, cybersecurity, software engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 18 graduate hours in computing disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to teach at undergraduate level; prior college teaching preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse student population at an MSI/HSI institution.
• Familiarity with learning outcomes assessment and ABET documentation.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate CS courses aligned with departmental needs and instructor expertise.
• Prepare and deliver course content supporting program learning goals and ABET expectations.
• Evaluate and document Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) each semester using rubrics and templates.
• Contribute to the department’s continuous improvement process with ABET data and commentary.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and maintain regular communication with students.
