The ABE Instructional Specialist provides high-level academic support to adult learners and assists ABE teachers and administrators in ESL, literacy, mathematics, and high school diploma competencies. Instructional Specialists work under the direction of licensed staff to provide targeted academic support, assist in record-keeping, and ensure students are meeting measurable skill gains.
The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field; preferred two years of ABE experience;
Hourly; Mon/Wed p.m. from 5:15-8:15 p.m. Hours may vary based on program needs; days and/or evenings
