Qualifikationen

• 5+ years ABB robotics programming with RAPID & RobotStudio.
• 2+ years PLC development with ladder logic (Rockwell/Studio 5000).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field; hands-on experience considered.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and reside within 45-minute commute of Waukesha County.

Aufgaben

• Develop and optimize RAPID code and RobotStudio simulations for ABB arms.
• Lead full-lifecycle custom machine projects from design to debugging.
• Configure electrical communications and fieldbus protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
• Troubleshoot integration issues on build floor and in the field.
• Lead onsite deployments with up to 30% travel for SAT and sign-offs.
• Create system logic docs, operation sequences, and electrical schematics.
