Job summary

Lucy Environmental Services Group, a sister company of SP Global DRT, seeks an Abatement Project Manager to oversee environmental abatement projects from site assessment to completion. You will manage field crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

As the primary client contact, you will explain project scope, provide progress updates, and maintain thorough documentation to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in abatement, environmental remediation, restoration, or construction project management.
• Experience supervising field crews and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of abatement safety procedures, environmental regulations, and jobsite safety practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Driver's License required; Commercial Driver License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage abatement projects from initial site inspection through final completion.
• Assess project scope, develop work plans, and coordinate crews schedules and resources.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Maintain detailed job documentation, including photos, reports, and project records.
• Supervise and direct field technicians and subcontractors during abatement activities.
• Communicate expectations and ensure crews follow established work processes and safety procedures.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.

KeyResponsibilities:

ProjectManagement

• Manageabatementprojectsfrominitialsiteinspectionthroughfinalcompletion.

Safety&Compliance

• Maintainproperdocumentationrelatedtoenvironmentalandregulatorycompliance.

ProjectDocumentation&QualityControl

• Performinitialinspectionsandfinalwalk-throughstoensurequalityandcompletionofwork.
• Documentjobprogressandmaintainaccurateprojectfilestosupportservicesprovided.
• Monitorlabor,materials,andequipmentusagetoensureefficientprojectexecution.

Qualifications
