Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We’re looking for compassionate, reliable team members who want to grow their careers while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Our team provides the supervision, mentorship, and clinical support you need to succeed, including BCBA supervision, structured onboarding, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification (not required but is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
