Job summary

BrightPath Behavior is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Rockwall, TX, to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans to help clients develop essential skills. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $21 to $25 per hour based on qualifications and experience, along with flexible schedules, PTO, and opportunities for career growth. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR & BLS certification preferred; training provided.
• RBT certification preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Support BCBAs by implementing behavioral interventions.
• Collect and submit accurate data on client progress.

Skills

Verbal and written fluency in English

Ability to implement behavioral interventions

Collecting and submitting accurate data

Ability to maintain client confidentiality

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Working towards or obtained a degree in Behavioral Science

Tools

CPR & BLS certification

Driver's license or state-issued ID
