Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

The role offers flexible scheduling, supportive supervision, and competitive pay of $20–$30 per hour, with opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health, including support to earn or complete your RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Working toward or current RBT certification.
• Ability to work one-on-one with children in home, school or clinic settings.
• Experience supporting ABA programs under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
