Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy in Conyers, Georgia is looking for a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. This role offers flexible scheduling and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Childcare Provider, Nanny, Tutor, or in similar roles.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.

Skills

Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder

Effective communication in English

Education

Relevant education background such as Special Education or Early Childhood Development
