Job summary

LEARN Behavioral, part of The Sparks Group, is seeking a Behavior Technician in Virginia to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You will track progress, follow individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive team to help children gain communication and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• RBT certification may be required within specific states.
