Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide life-changing ABA therapy to children aged 2–12 in a center-based program in North Carolina. You will work 8:15 am to 4:45 pm, Monday through Friday, with no travel required.

The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with BCBA supervision, and ongoing training to advance toward BCBA or team-lead roles. PTO, health benefits, and retirement plans are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Experience with ABA or working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy with clients aged 2–12.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data; write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers under guidance of the BCBA.
• Assist BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials; attend required trainings.
