Job summary

Behavioral Health Works (BHW) seeks caring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home, school, and community-based ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will work under BCBA supervision, helping develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills while tracking client progress.

We offer competitive pay from $25.00 to $33.00 per hour, part-time hours (10–25/week), flexible schedules, travel reimbursement, and a suite of voluntary benefits.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home, school, & community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress & collect data during sessions.
• Must have strong communication skills and be engaging with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and implement behavior programs.
• Assist with data collection and progress tracking.
• Maintain safety and positive interaction with clients.
