Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Student Analyst Graduate Level RBT in Dallas, TX to support early intervention efforts in a center-based setting. You will collect data, implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with BCBA colleagues to support children ages 18 months to 8 years.

The role requires BT or RBT status with supervision hours and enrollment in a masters-level Behavior Analysis program. We offer strong benefits and a clear path to BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Must be an BT or RBT accruing supervision hours.
• Current enrollment in an accredited masters-level Behavior Analysis program is required.
• Experience with early intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team to uphold ABC's core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.

• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
• Collaborating with BCBA's and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC's core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team
