Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring part-time ABA technicians to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes and community settings in Kansas. No prior ABA experience is required; comprehensive training is provided, with opportunities to grow within a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities include implementing skill-building plans, recording data, and collaborating with BCBA supervisors and families to improve treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.

• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• All positions start off part‑time.
• Required to take the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
