Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. No prior ABA experience is required as training is provided, with positions starting part-time and offering flexible afternoon/evening hours.

You will join a clinical team, implement skill-building plans, and help clients achieve independence while maintaining a supportive learning environment. Training and ongoing supervision are provided to ensure success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need to Know:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community‑based locations.
• All positions start off part‑time.
• Required to take the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Looking to hire candidates who are willing to make a 6‑month commitment to change our clients lives.
