Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to patients in Indiana. In this role, you will ensure the safety and supervision of patients while implementing treatment plans designed to meet their unique needs.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and preferably experience with individuals with autism. RBT certification is required within the first 60 days. Competitive hourly pay between $17.00 and $25.00, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience working with individuals with autism is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and safe vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Executes ABA therapy programs as prescribed by the treatment plan.
• Implements appropriate behavior management techniques.
• Ensures the safety of patients at all times.
