Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking caring part-time aides to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings after school hours. You will implement evidence-based interventions and support independence under supervision.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, a passion for helping children with Autism, and a calm, patient demeanor. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.
