Heartland ABA is seeking one-on-one ABA professionals to provide services in clients' homes or community settings after school hours. This part-time role focuses on helping children with Autism through evidence-based interventions, building independence, and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Must complete 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Aim to commit to a 6-month role to support clients’ progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community locations.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
