Job summary

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is seeking enthusiastic therapists to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, delivering evidence-based ABA therapy and supporting families. You will implement behavior plans to teach vital social, communication, and life skills, while collaborating with leading clinicians to advance your career in healthcare, behavioral health or education.

We provide paid training to accelerate your path toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Qualifications

• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Paid training provided to all new therapists to accelerate careers as RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians).
• Eligible at 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism to enrich their lives through exceptional therapy services.
• Implement evidence-based behavior treatment plans, teaching social, communication and life skills.
• Collaborate with and learn from top clinical minds to prepare for a career in healthcare, behavioral health or education.
