Job summary

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy in Morrisville, NC is seeking compassionate team members to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, delivering evidence-based ABA therapy and supporting families in daily life.

We provide paid training to all new therapists to accelerate careers as RBTs, plus a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and life/disability insurance, in a lively, supportive clinic.

Qualifications

• A passion for working with children with autism and their families.
• Eagerness to be part of an energetic, caring team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• BHCOE benchmarking familiarity and Workday benchmarking mention (if applicable).
• Eligible at 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism to deliver ABA therapy.
• Implement evidence-based behavior treatment plans.
• Collaborate with and learn from clinical team members.
