Job summary

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as ABA therapists. You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, implementing evidence-based behavior plans and helping develop social, communication and life skills.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with autism.
• Eagerness to be part of an energetic, caring team.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Commitment to show up and bring your whole self to work daily; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Eligible at 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism to enrich their lives by providing therapy and support.
• Implement evidence-based behavior plans to teach social, communication and life skills.
• Collaborate with and learn from clinicians to grow professionally in healthcare, behavioral health, or education fields.
