Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking part-time ABA professionals to provide one-on-one services in clients’ homes or community-based locations. You will implement evidence-based interventions and support independence and positive behavior in children with Autism.

Roles welcome those with no prior experience; training will be provided. Flexible afternoon/evening hours are common to fit student schedules, with Same Day Pay options available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference in ABA.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community-based settings.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
