Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism, primarily in clients' homes or community settings.

No prior experience is required, and positions start as part-time with flexible afternoon/evening hours. You will contribute to skill-building plans, collaborate with families, and help families feel supported while delivering data-driven interventions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
