BK Healthcare Management is seeking part-time ABA assistants to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community sites. You will implement evidence-based interventions under supervision and help children with Autism achieve independence and positive behavior change.

No prior experience is required, making this an ideal entry point for individuals pursuing careers in Special Education, psychology, or related fields. Flexible afternoon/evening hours available.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately on electronic devices and systems.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families to support progress.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
