KidSpeak Speech and Language Services, Inc. in Charlotte, NC, is hiring for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in a center-based setting with BCBA oversight.

The role is full-time and involves delivering ABA-based interventions to children up to 21 years old, under supervision, with emphasis on data collection and caregiver collaboration. Ideal candidates will have an RBT designation within 90 days, strong communication skills, and excellent attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual treatment for individuals aged up to 21 years old.
• Implement learning programs under the supervision of a BCBA and collect data on target behaviors.
• Deliver skills instruction to clients based upon the principles of applied behavior analysis.
• Collaborate with caregivers to evaluate and modify the behavior of children with special needs.
• Assist in providing training and guidance to parents, and other caregivers to help children overcome problems with communication, social skills, attention, or sensory integration.
• Communicate with therapists and other professionals on the child's progress.
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner

Specific Responsibilities Include

Qualifications

• Certificate, Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a behavioral health or related field (preferred).
• Relevant experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Computer skills.

Essential Job Functions

• Able to provide consistent attention and care for the client, up to 2 hour long sessions
• Ability to sustain long periods of sitting or standing
• Excellent communications skills to effectively interact with patients
• Ability to bend, squat, lift, and lower a minimum of 20 pounds (must be able to lift and carry clients)
• Must be able to have flexible scheduling
• Ability to communicate with your team through phone and email in a timely manner
