Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a part-time RBT/BT to work in-home with children on the autism spectrum. The role focuses on delivering play-based ABA and building daily living skills in the child's familiar environment.

You’ll provide 1-on-1 support, follow supervisor-created treatment plans, and track progress using a simple data system on your phone or tablet. Training is provided and family feedback is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 13-year-old boy: Mon/Tue 5–7 PM; Sat 2–5 PM; Sun 10 AM–1 PM

• 12-year-old boy: Mon 5:15–7:15 PM; Tue 5–7 PM; Wed 3–7 PM

• 18-year-old boy: Mon 12–2 PM; Tue/Fri 9 AM–1 PM; Wed 8–11 AM

Looking to pick up flexible part-time hours to supplement your current job or school schedule? This could be the perfect fit. We’re hiring behavior technicians to work with children on the autism spectrum in their homes during afternoon and evening hours.

As an RBT/BT at BehaviorCare Therapy, you’ll be working directly in the homes of families, providing 1-on-1 support to children with autism or developmental delays. Your job is to help them build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence — all through play-based ABA therapy designed by a licensed BCBA.

You’ll work with the same children consistently, helping them make real progress in their everyday environment.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your patience, energy, and creativity can make a lasting difference. Every child is unique, and you’ll get the training and support to meet them where they’re at.

What You'll Do:

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques

• Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective — you're never doing this alone
• Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together!

Requirements:

$21 - $26 an hour

Pay rate is dependent on experience
