Job summary

Alight Behavioral is hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions for children on the autism spectrum in a supportive, child-centered environment. We provide comprehensive training and growth opportunities and welcome both newcomers and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists.

Full-time and part-time positions are available with a flexible schedule. We seek energetic, compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping children succeed.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.
• Excellent references

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions
• Teach play skills and social skills
• Teach self-help skills
• Document session outcomes
• Provide behavior support within group settings
