Job summary

Precious Care ABA is seeking compassionate individuals to become Behavior Techs/RBTs for Jersey City families. You will work one‑on‑one with children in their homes, supporting learning and growth with hands‑on therapy. No formal ABA experience is required; paid training and mentorship are provided.

Earn $20–$30 per hour depending on experience, with flexible schedules and clients matched near your home. Opportunities to become an RBT are available as you gain experience in a rewarding

Qualifications

• High school diploma and one ABA‑related course (RBT training) recommended.
• Experience in education or autism‑related field recommended.
• Ability to work hands‑on with children.
• Follows supervisor directions and treatment plan, and asks questions when needed.
• Knowledgeable about data collection software (training provided).
• Reliable and compassionate, especially while working with clients exhibiting challenging behaviors.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and the needs of the client.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Collect data and document progress after each session.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to implement plans.
