Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Support independence and positive behavior development as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Encourage taking the 40-hour RBT course through BK Academy.
• Minimum 6-month commitment required.
• Schedule typically after-school hours with possible weekend hours.
