Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team in Nebraska. You will provide one-to-one ABA services, implement evidence-based interventions, and support client goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.

• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients using evidence‑based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
