HeartlandBehavior is seeking attentive Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team in Nebraska. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior with evidence-based interventions.

We offer part-time roles, same-day pay, opportunities for professional advancement through BCBA schooling programs, and a supportive clinical team. Paid training provided; no minimum caseload required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
