Job summary

Abilities Unlimited in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD and developmental challenges. You will work across homes, schools, and community settings to support growth and independence.

The role requires a high school diploma, with RBT training preferred and 1+ year of experience with children. You will be supervised by a BCBA, and the position offers paid training, supervision, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• RBT 40 hour training preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with children preferred.
• RBT certification preferred is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social interaction, academics, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members.
• Be punctual and reliable across all assigned sessions.
