Job summary

Behavioral Beginnings, Inc. in Oceanside, CA is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Oceanside and surrounding North County communities.

You will work directly with children with autism spectrum disorder, implementing individualized ABA programs in homes, schools, and community settings. Under supervision of a qualified behavior analyst, you will collect data, collaborate with families and clinicians, and promote

Qualifications

• RBT certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT training.
• Experience providing ABA therapy or behavioral intervention services.
• Experience with children in educational, childcare, early intervention, or related settings.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, child development, behavioral sciences, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a qualified behavior analyst.
• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA services to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Utilize evidence-based ABA techniques, including naturalistic teaching, positive reinforcement, and developmentally appropriate learning activities.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Accurately collect and document behavioral data, treatment progress, and session notes.
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians, caregivers, and other team members to support treatment goals.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards, including compliance with HIPAA and applicable confidentiality requirements.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
• Promote a safe, respectful, supportive, and engaging learning environment for every client.
