Job summary

Family Applied Behavioral Services in Washington state is hiring RBTs and CBTs to deliver ABA services in clinic or home settings under supervision of a BCBA. The RBT delivers direct 1:1 therapy, implements treatment plans, collects data, and maintains clinical notes while supporting families and clients.

This part-time position offers a flexible schedule (32+ hours possible) with competitive pay from $23 to $30 per hour, opportunities for advancement, and paid time off; travel between clients

Qualifications

• RBT certification and CBT credential required.
• Must be 18+, HS diploma, reliable transport.
• Ability to work in home, clinic, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans and collect data.
• Maintain clinical notes and attend staffing meetings.
• Work in home, clinic, or community settings.
• Possibility of additional program management tasks.
