Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in New Jersey is seeking part-time ABA aides to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community locations, with afternoon or evening hours and Same Day Pay.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience needed. You should be willing to learn, patient, compassionate, and capable of reliable transportation. Training and growth opportunities are available within a dedicated ABA team.

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
