ABA 360 is seeking entry-level ABA technicians to deliver one-on-one services to children with Autism in their homes or community settings in Jersey City. This part-time role offers flexible afternoon/evening hours and comprehensive training.

No prior experience is required. A strong willingness to learn, patient demeanor, and reliable transportation are highly valued as you join a supportive clinical team and help children build essential skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation to visit clients' homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Be an integral part of the clinical team, helping with skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
